Basic Party

Duration: 1.5hrs (starts at 3PM)

Inclusions:

  • 1 hour of free play
  • 30mins for cake, presents and your own party games (if you would like!)
  • Basic decorations – Tablecloths, balloons
  • Complimentary water for guests
  • Bluetooth speaker for your use
  • Indoor bouncy castle

$250+ $10 per child

Deluxe Party

Duration: 2.5hrs (starts at 3:00PM)

Inclusions:

  • 2hrs free play
  • 30mins for cake, presents, and your own party games
  • Decorations – Tablecloths, balloons, cups, cutlery, plates, etc
  • Complimentary water, juice and soft drinks for guests
  • Bluetooth speaker for your use
  • Microwave and Fridge or Freezer on request
  • Indoor Bouncy Castle
  • Party Bags – Full of lollies and party favours!

$300+ $15 per child

Custom Package

When booking your party you also have the option to select your own package! Simply start with the base package (Basic Party as above) and then add items as you wish, things like BBQ, food and drink catering are all possible! We even have an indoor bouncy castle!

How does it work?

Submit a booking request

Fill out the booking request form found below and select the details about your party!

Confirmation + Quote

Our team will then confirm your booking and send through a formal quote! We will also capture the $150 booking deposit that was authorized on the card provided on the booking request form. If we can’t accept your booking, your $150 deposit will be refunded/not captured.

Acceptance of Quote + Guest List

Once you accept our quote our team will send through a link to the party guest list. Until 3 days before the party you will be able to add and remove guests who will be attending the party. We require essential details for each athlete. Collecting attendee details serves several important purposes:

  1. Safety and Emergency Preparedness:
    • Ensures that we have emergency contact information for all attendees.
    • Allows us to be aware of any medical conditions or allergies.
  2. Organizational Efficiency:
    • Helps in planning and organizing the event, such as preparing enough party favors, food, and equipment.
    • Allows for a smoother check-in process on the day of the party.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Provides an opportunity to personalize the party experience.
    • Helps in addressing any special requests or needs in advance.

It is a requirement of hosting a party with us that a full and accurate guest list be provided.

Day of your party

PCGC allows hosts to arrive 30mins before their scheduled party time to setup any decorations you have, start the BBQ or prepare food for the party! We also allow 15mins after your party for cleanup! Our team will then check in all your guests. All parties will commence at 3:00PM.

Things to keep in mind:

  • A $100 cleaning fee applies to parties that have not cleaned up the party space outside (charged to your card on file). All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided and tables left clean.
  • PCGC will provide qualified gymnastics coaches who have First Aid and Working with Children’s Checks. These coaches are here to supervise your party and the children, we do not currently support PCGC staff ‘hosting’ the event or organizing activities for the kids
  • Full payment of your final invoice must be made at least 48hrs prior to the party, with a receipt sent through for bank transfers.
  • This is an alcohol, smoke and e-cigarette free space
  • A minimum of 10 attendees. There is no maximum! Our team will provide staff based on your booking!
  • Food and drink are not to be consumed on the gym floor
