GymStars is our bridge program designed for girls aged 6 to 10 who are ready for more challenge than Gym Fun, but aren’t looking for the pressure or commitment of competitive WAG.

It’s the perfect middle ground — a fun, supportive class where athletes build confidence while learning intermediate and advanced recreational gymnastics skills.

In GymStars, athletes refine their technique on beam, bars, floor, and vault, learning stronger shapes, harder progressions, and more detailed skill development than in our entry-level programs. The focus is on progress, enjoyment, and personal growth — not competition.

GymStars is not suitable for beginners. It’s ideal for athletes who have completed Gym Fun or have equivalent experience and are ready to take that next exciting step in their gymnastics journey.
