Monthly Billing – Starting 1st April

From 1 April 2026, Pearl Coast Gymnastics Club will be moving all classes to a rolling monthly billing system.

This means on the 1st of each month, families will be charged to their card on file for the cost of their child/ren’s fees for that particular month.

This change is designed to make gymnastics more affordable and predictable for families, particularly during the current cost-of-living pressures many households are experiencing.

What is Rolling Monthly Billing?

Rolling billing means your child will remain continuously enrolled in their class rather than needing to re-enrol every term.

Instead of paying a large upfront term fee, class fees will be split into smaller monthly payments and automatically billed to the payment method saved on your account.

Your gymnast keeps their place in their class until you decide to make a change, by providing at least 7 days written notice to admin@pearlcoastgymnastics.com.au advising of your request to cancel.

No Increase in Fees

This change does not increase the cost of classes.

Your monthly fee will simply be calculated based on the hours your child’s class will train during that month. In other words, the same cost is simply being spread across smaller monthly payments, rather than requiring a larger payment each term.

Supporting Families During Cost-of-Living Pressures

We know that large upfront payments can be difficult for families to manage, particularly with rising household expenses.

By introducing rolling monthly billing:

  • Families can budget more easily with smaller monthly payments
  • Children keep their place in class without needing to re-enrol each term
  • Parents avoid the stress of rushing to secure a spot every enrolment period

This system also allows gymnasts to stay with the same class group for longer, helping them build stronger friendships and progress more consistently in their skills.

Industry Standard Across Australia

Rolling billing is now the standard system used by many gymnastics clubs across Australia. Our team have conducted extensive research and consulted with regional and metro clubs in WA, and one club in QLD.

Moving all programs to this model helps simplify enrolments and ensures our billing practices remain consistent with broader industry standards across the gymnastics sector.

What Happens to Current Enrolments?

If your child is currently enrolled, their enrolment will automatically roll over into the new monthly billing system starting 1 April 2026. All enrollments, including recreational enrollments, will roll over and be charged on 1st April unless cancelled.

If you do not wish to continue your enrolment under the new billing structure, please email us prior to this date to request cancellation.

Setup Levy

Our term setup levy will increase to $30 (including GST).

This levy is charged once per term, per child and contributes towards the costs of ensuring our gym is setup every day and ready for our gymnasts and coaches usage.

The setup levy will be charged separately from monthly class fees and will be issued to your iClassPro account. iClassPro will automatically take payment for any outstanding fees each month, in line with the new monthly billing system.
